SD-W80P a is a highly efficient water repellent based on silanes/siloxanes on in powder form. It is free-flowing powder designed for cementitious dry-mix powder applications. Compared with the surface-applied waterproofing agent, it makes the cement products waterproof integrally without reducing the mechanical strength. Powdery form is more convenient for packaging and storage, and it can be packaged with cement powder, so long as add water when using.Powdery waterproofing agent is usually made by emulsification then drying. In the drying process, it is easy to make cross-linked condensation, affecting the water-solubility and waterproofing performance. We innovatively formulate silicone wetting dispersant, non-ionic surfactant, silane, siloxane into a non-aqueous dispersion, then disperse through the carrier uniformly.
